I'm back!

After over a month of shattered lungs, broken feet and fading goals, I'm back and recommitting myself both to myself and this blog. I'm going to expand it a bit to include fitness as well as food (who start another blog when I can spew my fitness adventures right here!)

Even though I've been getting -0- exercise, I have been maintaining my calorie goals: 1800-2000 calories/day, so I've still been losing weight, albeit much slower than before. Official weigh in this morning had me at 274, which put me somewhere around 60lbs down so far. I've another 74 to get to my goal weight.

So, here I am, back and raring to go (I just got home from a great bike ride..more on that later).
